My story
I’m Chloé, an interior designer and creative based on the Suffolk Coast. I am obsessed with creating beautiful spaces, designing interiors that make us feel good, honing in on the details that bring joy to the everyday.
I work with homeowners and boutique business owners who are looking to create inspiring spaces with personality, celebrating the individuality of every property and lifestyle.
Both at Batteson Studio and on a personal level, I am committed to a more responsible, sustainable approach. I champion the use of ethical brands who share my values and love to work with local independents, makers and craftspeople.
I am deeply inspired by the natural world and I am a longterm plant enthusiast with humble windowsills, allotments and a tropical Singapore garden feeding my passion for all things green over the years. I love to visit tropical glasshouses whenever I get the chance. I am often found rummaging through auctions and markets hunting for secondhand treasures, with my camera in hand.
A few of my favourite things include the Abstract Expressionists, Mac lipsticks, black coffee and my lovely cat Mimi.
